An Investigation into the Hiring Perceptions of Older Workers

I am conducting a resume-based screening study on employability for my Ph. D research. If you decide to take part in the study, you will be asked to rate the employability of job applicants followed by a standardized questionnaire. The outcome of the research is to gain an understanding about the managers' rating of potential applicants.

About the researcher
I am a doctoral student at Northcentral University. I am conducting a research study to investigate whether the age of an applicant and their level of skill affects employers' hiring decisions. I am completing this research as part of my doctoral degree and I will be very glad to share my results with you.
