World Cafe Conversation: Should the drinking age be 21?

We intend to facilitate an open and intimate conversation for a group of young university students to discuss the topic of whether the Victorian State government should raise the minimum drinking age to 21 in a World Café format. Participants move between a series of tables where they continue the discussion in response to a set of questions. The ideas then will be shared within a larger group in order to provide access for all to the collective wisdom in the room.
