£50 to £80 - Work in customer support or service?

People for Research are looking to speak to people working in a customer service role to test a digital prototype.
We are keen to hear from those who work for a company in a call centre that deals with telecomms (TV/media packages) or technology-based (computer packages) customer-related queries.
There is also an all-day standby space available and the incentive on offer is £150. You will need to be available from 9.30am - 5pm to stand in for any potential drop-outs.
