Youth Mental Health Worker Feedback of TOPS Parenting Strategies

We are seeking the knowledge of professionals who have experience working with young people to help us develop content for a therapist-assisted online parenting program that is being developed to help parents whose teenagers are experiencing anxiety and depression. We wish to know what types of supports you believe will help parents.

This study is being undertaken by Monash University, led by Dr Marie Yap, and has been approved by the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee (Reference 0248).
About the researcher
I am keen to develop evidence-based strategies that can assist parents to support their adolescents. I have a background in psychotherapy and am currently undertaking my doctoral studies in order to become a clinical psychologist. I am interested in developing health promotion practices that are ultimately sustainable.
