This pilot study looks at the trend of government services moving on-line and how English and non-English speakers perceive and use them.
Help out by taking part in an experiment. The whole study should take no more than 60 minutes.

This study has been approved by Faculty of E&E on 22nd April 2016 and will be conducted in accordance with both the University RE guidance and Faculty Research Ethics Procedure.
