Prebiotic study for gut health

Prebiotics are not digestible food supplements that can reach the gut intact. They can be used by beneficial bacteria and improve health and well being.
These good bacteria help in improving digestion, reduce bloating, flatulence, diarrhoea and other gastrointestinal problems.
This study aims to understand the effect of 3 different prebiotics on changes in intestinal bacteria and their effect on gut environment.
