People's beliefs about staying with difficult emotions

Welcome to the online survey about emotions and your chance to be selected to receive £100 love2shop vouchers.
This survey is part of a psychology research project carried out by a research team based at Canterbury Christ Church University, looking at different ways that people can experience emotions. If you take part in this survey, you will be helping us to develop a tool that could help improve psychological therapy for people who may be distressed by their emotional reactions.
