A Qualitative Study of Academic Possible Selves of Mature Students

This research project aims to investigate academic possible selves, which are the positive and negative images of the future self within higher education. Participation involves answering questions that relate to personal and social identity as a mature student, future self-concepts within higher education, and academic strategies.

As a mature student, I am interested in the experience of others, and how identity and self-regulation contribute to future self-images within higher education.
