Plan-it

17 October 2019

Research shows that people who start their pregnancies at a healthy weight have less chance of experiencing pregnancy-related complications compared with people of healthy weight. The aim of the Plan-it survey is to find out people's views and exeriences of weight management and whether it would be possible to ask people who are overweight to delay removal of their contraceptive coil/ implant to take part in a weight loss programme prior to trying to get pregnant.
