Attitudes towards Unwanted Sexual Touching in the Workplace

This research is looking at customer-to-employee sexual harassment in the workplace with a focus on hospitality and people's wellbeing. The study is designed to investigate how people would act and feel when put into various situations at work. We hope to find information that can be used in the development of staff training modules. Ultimately, the aim would be for these modules to be incorporated into employee’s work inductions. The experiment comprises an online questionnaire.

Ethical approval for this research was granted by the University of York's Psychology Department’s Ethics Committee on 8th February 2019.
