Interest in Healthy Eating - How is it Best Measured?

This study will look into the topic of Orthorexia Nervosa. Orthorexia Nervosa is characterised by a pathological fixation with healthy food whereby individuals restrict their food intake to only foods they believe to have the highest purity value. This research will look into the use of different measures assessing the tendency of Orthorexia Nervosa. It will also look into the occurrence of Orthorexia tendencies and OCD tendencies in a general population.
