Cultures at Work- Comparing perceptions of Chinese and British Students

This research aims to examine cultural differences in work-related variables between British and Chinese students working in part-time jobs in the UK.

A questionnaire has been designed to gather data of perceptions and attitudes regarding job satisfaction, conflict-handling and leadership.

The surveys considers British and Chinese Students who live in the UK and currently work or used to work in part- time jobs.
