Attitudes towards Seaweed in the United Kingdom (ASK Survey)

This study is designed to investigate UK residents’ consumption and purchasing behaviours, and perception of seaweed food products. The results of the study will inform future work on seaweed as a food component. The survey should take under 30 minutes to complete.
