Evaluating Work Experience

You are being invited to take part in a small pilot study initiated from Oxford Brookes University. In this study you will be asked to evaluate six different work experiences with regard to one job description. You will need about 5-10 minutes to take part.

About the researcher

Dr Ulrike Fasbender is Lecturer in Human Resources Management (Equality & Diversity) in the Business School. Prior to joining Oxford Brookes University, Ulrike was Researcher at the Institute for Strategic Human Resource Management, Leuphana University of Lüneburg. She has also worked in human resources management and management consulting. Her research interest is about diversity management, in particular about older workers and how they are perceived in business and society. Ulrike's preferences in academia are to work with people, for people. Her guiding principle for work is to conduct high quality research that creates sustainable impact to society.
