Personal traits in relation to job performance

We invite native English-speaking students to complete an online survey for a study conducted under the Junior Researcher Programme. Our aim is to develop a better understanding of personality assessment.
In return, you’ll be provided with valuable information about how personality relates to job performance. This may help you understand how to perform better in future positions.
