According to research 80-95% of students admit to having engaged in procrastination at one point or another.
Procrastination is typically viewed as maladaptive behaviour, however there are evidence that procrastination may be a legitimate learning strategy for some students and may even lead to a better creative performance. We would like to hear about your personal experiences
