Oxehealth APAOVS Non-contact Health Monitoring Technology

This study will test new technology for measuring heart rate and breathing rate. We are looking for adult volunteers, of any age, to spend 1-2 hours at our offices at the Oxford Science Park, Oxford. During the session you will be asked to do some simple activities, such as lying in bed or walking around in a room. The activities will be non-invasive and easy to do. There are no medications or invasive procedures involved. Each volunteer will be paid £100 for their time.

Oxehealth develops novel technology to support staff caring for patients, including non-contact technology which can check a patient's pulse rate and breathing rate without needing to disturb their rest. The company was originally formed at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, University of Oxford and is part-owned by Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
