24 April 2018

The aim of this study is to investigate how well people tolerate cellodextrin (a non-digestible carbohydrate) when consumed in a single dose and identify if and at what dosage any undesirable effects of cellodextrin are experienced.

The study involves 4 study visits of ~9 hrs (only 6 hours in the lab), consuming a non-digestible carbohydrate in a milkshake drink and keeping diet/symptom diaries and appetite questionnaires before and after the visits
