Creativity, Mindfulness, Personality and Sensory Information Processing

We would like to get a better understanding of how different aspects of personality support creativity, the experience of being engaged in creative activities and how mindfulness and sensory information processing relates to this. We are seeking healthy participants aged 18-65 who are fluent in English to take part. You will be entered into a draw for one of our £25 Amazon vouchers for completing an online survey and receive £50 cash if you take part in the lab-based sessions at IoPPN, London.


  • Aged between 18 and 65
  • Fluent in English
  • No history or current diagnosis of a serious mental health illness, neurodevelopmental or neurological disorders, or substance abuse
  • Have normal hearing
  • Do not suffer from photosensitive epilepsy
  • Be able to attend the lab at Denmark Hill, London (SE5 8BB) on 2 occasions

This study has been granted ethical approval by the Research Ethics Committee at King's College London. REC Reference Number: LRS-17/18-5604.

I am a PhD researcher here at KCL. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this study. *please note that the initial online survey takes 20-30 mins to complete; the main study involves using an app at home for 10 mins per day, for 40 days in between two lab visits*
