- Self-report of a chronic physical health condition (e.g chronic headaches, endometriosis, diabetes, tinnitus). No formal diagnosis needed to participate. For individuals with chronic pain, self-reported pain for ≥3 months.

- Enrolled in an in-person university course/degree.
- UK resident and registered with a GP in the UK.
