This qualitative descriptive study aimed to describe how mental health counseling supervisors and supervisees described the effectiveness of community health organization supervision.
If you agree to participate, please know that participation in this study is voluntary, and you may stop participating at any point during the interview. Interviews may last 45 to 60 minutes for focused groups of 60-90 minutes. Interviews will be conducted on the Zoom platform. Subjects will not be paid.
