Neural Mechanisms of Motor Learning in Healthy Adults Using Neuroimaging
01 January 1970
This project aims to explore neural mechanisms of motor adaptation with a computerised robot.
By taking part in this study, you can help enhance our understanding of motor adaptation, and the flexibility of the brain in learning new motor skills!
During the experiment, you will carry out a motor task with an interactive robot while we measure the neural excitability of your brain. All the procedures are safe and involve a brain imaging technique known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
