Feasibility and acceptability of gonorrhoea whole genome sequencing

We are trying to understand how men who have been diagnosed with gonorrhoea might feel about a new technique to help doctors and nurses make decisions about treatment and care.
This technique is called Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS). WGS of gonorrhoea can be used to type the genomes of infections from different people and see how they are related to one another. We think this might help us understand someone’s risk of other infections.
