The Impact of Work Ethic on Psychological Contract Violation Intensity

This study focuses on key concepts concerning the psychological contract (violation), work ethic, and resilence. The aim of the study is to identify whether a persons work ethic affects psychological contract violation intensity and if resilence is a mediator in this effect.
