You are invited to take part in a survey on the topic of Leadership skills for Project Managers in Generation Z which is to identify the skills required for effective leadership from the perspective of Young Project Managers who are in Junior or in Apprenticeship Roles using the “ Leadership skills requirement strataplex model” (Mumford,2007). The model highlights that as managers move through the organization – different skill set are required at different levels.
