Understanding habits

We are looking for adults aged over 18 willing to answer some questions about their habits. You will be asked some questions about common habits that you may have and asked to read some brief information about two of these. You will be asked for your email address and then sent two very short follow-up questionnaires (about five minutes) 2 and 4 weeks after the first questionnaire. To thank you for your time, you will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of the 2 £50 Amazon vouchers.
