Online Survey of Carbohydrate Understanding and Dietary Habits

Full Title 'Glasgow Longitudinal Assessment Survey of Carbohydrate Understanding and Practice (GLAS-CUP)'

This survey is gathering opinions about specific diet components, the carbohydrates, and diets including low-carbohydrate diets such as the Atkins Diet, ketogenic diet, Paleolithic diets, etc.

The survey also focuses on areas of general health, diet and lifestyle. The survey responses will help us understand how and why people choose to include (or not) carbohydrates in their diet.

  • Adults living and/or working in the UK. (Any nationality)

I am a 3rd year PhD student in Human Nutrition, University of Glasgow. My research topics are about low-carbohydrate diets, health benefits, diabetes, weight loss, and dietary guideline.
