VNIS | Views on Normal Infant Sleep | Pilot Study
17 October 2022
Parents’ understanding of “normal” infant sleep varies across cultures and over time. Although in the UK bed-sharing is discouraged by the National Health Service, according to one study, nearly half of all babies under four weeks old bed-share at least once. We would like to create a questionnaire that will allow us to understand parents’ prenatal views on infant sleep, which may influence their decisions postnatally.
