A study on reflection and monitoring in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

This is an investigation looking at the effects of monitoring and reflecting on daily events and how this relates to IBD and well-being.
It involves completing a survey, then one week of brief daily on-line diary entries. After this there is another survey to see if anything changed. There will be a final survey 8 weeks later. Follow the link below for more information.

About the researcher
