Leadership Motivation, Role Models & Opportunity in the UK LGBT Community

21 April 2017

This study focuses on the experiences of members of the UK LGBT Community aged between 18 and 25. Very little research has been done around leadership motivation, and the effects that role models and social status have on the development of a leadership identity within our community. Therefore I am looking for people to take part in short Skype interviews to talk about your leadership opportunities. If you would be willing to spend 15-20 minutes having an informal chat, please follow the links.

About the researcher

I am a full time PhD student studying in the Business School at Hull University. I am researching leadership motivation in young adults in the UK LGBT Community, and how factors such as role models and parental socioeconomic status may be an influence. My study is qualitative in nature, and therefore I am looking to interview members of the UK LGBT Community aged between 18 and 25, either face-to-face (if in the local area) or via Skype - please get in touch!
