Recurrent neck pain following a whiplash injury
05 September 2019
The main purpose of the study is to investigate neck muscle activity and movement in people with recurrent neck pain, initiated following a whiplash injury.
It is not known whether neck movements and muscle activity are altered in people with recurrent neck pain (painful episodes followed by asymptomatic periods) and if ongoing alterations in muscle function could negatively influence the ongoing nature of pain.
