In the current study, called ART-transition, we seek to observe young people with ADHD in their transition into adulthood using Remote Monitoring Technology (RMT). More specifically, we aim to investigate the changes that takes places, what predicts these changes, and how can we prevent negative outcomes and support healthy lifestyles.
