What facilitates help-seeking in individuals with eating distress?
19 May 2018
This study examines what circumstances or experiences facilitate individuals to seek professional help for their eating distress. As many individuals suffering from eating problems do not seek treatment, I would like to investigate what helped you and other individuals to take this difficult step.
Participants will be asked to divide their journey of eating distress into book chapters and to visualize and outline each chapter in more detail.
