You are invited to participate in an online study that is investigating people’s daily experience of goal pursuit. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. For the next seven days (from Monday to Sunday) you will be sent a text containing a web-link to a survey, asking you to report your thoughts, feelings, behaviours three times daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.
