Do Mac users do it differently?

07 March 2018

How do you organise the files and folders on your computer? Could this be influenced by your personality, or by Mac OS? This research project aims to understand how Mac users manage their files and what factors may influence this. At the end of the ~10 minute-long anonymous participation, you will receive a description of you file and folder storage and organisation, as well as the results of the questionnaires, and can compare your results to the averages on our Website.

Requirements

  • Must use Mac OS X 10.13 or newer (latest update as of January 2018) on a laptop or desktop computer
  • Must manage files on that computer, e.g.: creating or downloading, organising, renaming, deleting
