- Willing to answer questions about your childhood (including difficult or traumatic events)
- Must not currently be receiving psychological therapy
- Must not have a condition that significantly impairs your thinking, like an acquired brain injury
- Must not be experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts (as the study questionnaires could be upsetting)
