Ever wondered how your childhood experiences shaped who you are today?

06 September 2025

Help us find out by completing an online survey answering questions about your childhood and mental health.

While we know that childhood is one of many things that can play a role in mental health, we’re still learning how it all fits together. Schema Therapy suggests schema modes - specific ways we think, feel and cope - could be a crucial part of the puzzle. We want to find out how schema modes are linked to childhood experiences and impact mental health later in life.

Requirements

  • Aged 18 or over
  • Living in the UK
  • Able to understand English
