The relationship between emotion and snacking

How does our daily levels of stress and happiness affect our snacking habits? I am currently studying my Masters in Health Psychology at the University of Aberdeen and I am looking for participants over the age of 18 who are willing to fill in 3 baseline questionnaires and to commit to a daily dairy for 7 consecutive days.

  • 18+
  • Good understanding of english language
  • Those with diagnosed eating disorders (binge eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia etc) are excluded for fears of triggering distress.
