BEAP Study

31 July 2025

Psychedelics like psilocybin are being explored for potential mental health benefits. People report a range of experiences, including inner peace, a sense of connection to the universe, and altered perceptions of time. In some contexts, psychedelics are linked to encounters with otherworldly spirits. This study investigates whether combining hypnosis and verbal suggestion with psilocybin or a placebo can evoke specific experiences relevant to therapeutic outcomes.
