Motivation to read and write online customer reviews

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of consumers ' motivation to read and write online reviews and this knowledge can help us learn how companies can improve their marketing strategies. The study will be conducted through Skype or at a meeting place. Participants will receive $25.

Ethical approval
An independent group of people called the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) reviews all research involving humans in Australia. HREC has approved the ethical aspects of this research project on 17 May 2019. This project will be carried out in accordance with the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2007). This statement was developed to protect the interests of individuals who agree to participate in studies of human research.
