Consumer Literacy in the Livestock Industry

This 15 minute survey seeks to measure consumer literacy and opinion in the American livestock industries. It tests issues related to animal food production, animal welfare, livestock care & breeding, and sustainability. The goal is to find trends of misconceptions and specific opinions relative to the livestock industry and quantify those trends.

About the researcher
Undergraduate student at the University of Connecticut completing final coursework between the interdisciplinary fields of animal science, agricultural and food policy, and agribusiness. Created this survey as part of my senior thesis research.
