Effects of the Target Triumvirate on workplace leadership and culture.

This study is a psychometric exploration into three distinct pillars of leadership in order to uncover correlation effects. The study posits that, performance in each pillar can provide predictive power in terms of performance in the others. It is designed to uncover balance and 'equilibrium' across all three traits with the goal of highlighting development areas and providing a platform for targeted improvement and coaching plans.

- Participants must be 18 or over and employed on at least a part-time basis.
