Stay Well during COVID-19 (SWitCh study)

Has the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on your life? Are you adjusting to the current circumstances and trying to maintain physical and mental wellbeing during these challenging times?

We are looking for adults living in the UK to understand whether a self-management booklet improves wellbeing during COVID-19.


  • Adults (Aged 18 and over)
  • Live in the UK
  • Can read and write in English
  • Without any current serious mental health problems (e.g. bipolar disorder, PTSD, active thoughts of self-harm, or severe anxiety/depression)
  • Who feel that their physical and/or mental wellbeing have been affected since the COVID-19 pandemic

The study is approved by King’s College London Psychiatry, Nursing and Midwifery Research Ethics Subcommittee (pnm@kcl.ac.uk; reference LRS-19/20-18600).
