The research aims to identify how cultural strengths within organisations might be categorized and defined. That is, we are identifying characteristics that help organisations to perform at their best and to thrive:
"What Makes Organisations Great?"
Building from this, the results will be incorporated into the development of an assessment tool to be validated through further research.

The researchers are passionate about positive psychology and its application within organisations.
I am a PhD student in Australia with over 20 years experience in business, behaviour change and consulting, and am blessed with two amazing supervisors who lead research and insight in this area globally.
