Past Experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Depression

We would like to invite people who had cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help with depression 10 or more years ago OR within the last three years to share their experiences.
We are interested in past experiences of CBT, what it was like at the time, and how things have been since.
This study involves an in-person interview of approximately an hour.
Requirements
- You had a first experience of CBT 10 or more years ago OR within the last three years.
- The CBT was to help with depression.
- The CBT was predominantly on an individual and in-person basis.
- You are not currently in a mental health crisis
- You are aged 25 or over and were over 18 at the time of having CBT.
- You would be comfortable talking about your experiences of therapy
