Are you an Authentic Leader?
I am seeking participants for my study on Female Leaders and their use of Authentic Leadership within the workplace. I am currently looking for female participants holding a management position within any type of organization.
Participation in the study consists of a brief phone or skype interview on your experience with being authentic as a female manager or leader.
