Fibromyalgia, Quality of Life, and Pet Ownership Research Study

08 May 2018

This dissertation study explores the relationship between pet ownership and quality of life for women with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS). I hope to better understand the roles of pets in well-being among women with FMS, and this study may increase knowledge about alternative treatments for FMS and how some of the characteristics of pet ownership might relate to quality of life in FMS.
