*UK STUDY ONLY* - It is estimated that for every individual across the world who dies by suicide, there may be twenty others who will make an attempt on their life. This study aims to explore individuals lived experiences of planning to die by suicide.

The study has received full ethical clearance from the Metanoia Institute Research Ethics committee (MREC) who reviewed the study.

About the researcher

Jag is a final year doctorate student at Metanoia Institute on the DCPsych Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy joint programme offered in partnership with Middlesex University. He is also a practising Integrative Psychotherapist.
