Female empowerment

I am currently working on the final part of my dissertation, as a result I am undertaking research into a new business idea. This being an online platform for women to encourage women to go for jobs that are dominated by males. The platform will connect women and companies in order to improve equality within the workplace. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions in order to gain a better understanding of my idea.
