The effect of action observation and motor imagery on target performance

All this process would involve is 1 hour and 10 minutes out of your time, and involvement in a home based 6-week intervention period ( that also takes around 3 minutes of your time 3 times per week), later followed by a post-test.
Pre test and post tests will take place at Liverpool Hope University Health Science Labs and would involve a number of elements such as; surface EMG, accelerometers and be standing on a force plate too. ( EMG markers will be on your dominant arm).
